NRCE 2012: Taking Customer Experience Up a Notch

Thursday, July 26, 2012
Being one of the million consumers here in the Philippines, I would definitely love for the retail industry to grow and become more competitive. It would be more useful if more retailers learn proper ways of doing their businesses. Thus it’s a great honor for me to announce about the 21st National Retail Conference (NRCE) and Stores Asia Expo!

The two-day NRCE will be held on August 9 to 10, 2012 at the grand SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. And as tradition dictates, it will go hand in hand with the Stores Asia Expo where over 800 service providers and retail suppliers will have an exhibit. Booths are also strategically placed inside the venue and you may see the Store Layout on the website.

NRCE is the country’s biggest retail industry event which highlights the government’s campaign of “It’s more fun in the Philippines!”  A number of esteemed VIPs will be keynote speakers on the said event including Coca Cola’s President and CEO William Schultz since Coca Cola celebrates its 100 years of happiness.

If you want to participate in the conference and expo, you can always register thru filling up this form. Here are some things you must consider though:

What interests me the most would be the discussion on digital marketing and online commerce because it's becoming most popular these days and I am also contemplating on having an online business of my own. This discussion would be truly useful if ever I decide to embark on this endeavor.

With the advent of technology, a lot of changes in the retail industry are already taking place. I would love to experience better shopping in the near future. If only shipping costs become less costly since I always engage in online shopping, that would definitely once of my wishes! =)

  1. I recently had a bad experience with a retailer. I emailed the company and got no reply. Talk after after sales service. Anyway, that would be my last purchase with the store, that's for sure!

  2. expos such as this is a great opportunity for every Filipino entrepreneurs to both earn and learn.

  3. I hope more consumers would attend this event. I think you're the sixth or seventh that I've visited with this NRCE post. :)

  4. Expos like this give those who want to be serious in the retail business to gain insights and network with the right people.

  5. This would be a good event for Business and Entrepreneurship students. I will inform my sister about this, thanks for sharing!
