When I do my makeup, there is always one thing that I forget
doing – curling my lashes. Because I hate those metal curlers and I don’t have
too much time. But I realized how curling my lashes can add an extra oomph. You
see, I don’t have blessed lashes unlike some girls I know with their mile-long
lashes and even men. I envy them. But all it takes is a good eyelash curler and
even better mascara for perfect lashes you can bat. What are some of the things you should consider adding to
your shopping bags? Read on for more information!
1. Eyelash Curler
For this one, I’d like to introduce the Touch Beauty Heated
Eyelash Curler. You know how some girls love to use curling irons to achieve flawlessly bouncy curls? Well, it kind of works the same for this one except
that this time you’ll use it on your lashes!
The heater is made of plastic material and
resembles an eyelash curler too complete with the rubber part. Although it
looks bigger than the usual curler, it works pretty fine. You need to give it
around 3-5 minutes to fully warm up upon turning it on and you’ll know if it’s
ready when the red rubber turns white.
What I love about it is that it really
gives you effective results at a minimum cost. You won’t need to do it over and
over again and I felt totally comfortable using it. The thing that bothers me
though is that I have to buy 2 AAA batteries for it to function and the time
needed for it to warm up. But overall, I think this is worth the money because it
gives you lovely curled lashes which instantaneously brighten up your peepers!

2. Mascara
Now, after curling your lashes, I suggest
you apply coats of mascara to your lashes – either for the everyday make-up
look or for the drama/night out look. It totally depends on you. As for me, I
would definitely recommend Berrisom Curlume Mascara! It adds some drama and
defines your eyes for that perfect look.
Berrisom Mascara is made in Korea The mascara comes in this sleek metallic-like packaging with a curved spoolie which can scoop a decent amount of product and curls your lashes as well. I love how it provides elongations to my lashes – it makes them look fuller with more volume and the color is true to its definition! Plus it doesn’t smudge at all! I don’t think this product has a negative side to it at all. Lmao*
1. Use the brush from the root of your eyelashes to the tip to get maximum results!
2. Comb your eyelashes in a zig-zag pattern, and apply once more after about a minute or two, to maximize volume.
3. It's important that you start from the root because when applied only near the tips,
the lashes gain that extra weight and start sagging.
